COBB Sirloin Steak
We have tried many meat cuts, but this chilled Angus striploin steak is the most value for money steak we could find in the market. Every pack has two pieces of 2.5cm (1 inch) thick steak. chilled and vacuum-packed to ensure freshness. It weighs no less than 300g each. A portion is enough to satisfy your steak craving.
To cook, leave the steak in room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Take the steak out from the sealed bag and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel. Trim some of the fat if you want to a lean steak. Pat the steak dry with another paper towel and generously seasoned them with salt and pepper.
Light up the COBB and sears the steak on a very hot COBB griddle plate for about four minutes each side for medium-rare (58 degrees C or 135 degrees F). Add an additional minute for each preferred doneness. e.g. five minutes for a medium (65 degrees C or 150 degrees F) and six minutes for a well done (75 degrees C or 170 degrees F).
Serve with your favourite sauce or sides dishes (not provided)
